I had a wonderful bridal shower thrown for me, hosted by my mom and my matron of honour, Jackie. It was so great to have family and close friends around, especially since I've hardly seen anyone in two years! The shower kicked off with people introducing themselves to each other. We moved to England in August, 2007. We had just graduated university and were looking for our first teaching jobs, so we decided to venture overseas to travel around Europe and start our careers at the same time! While living in England we travelled and saw more places than we ever imagined would be possible! In addition to our travelling adventures, we got engaged on Christmas Day, 2007 and were married on August 22, 2009! What a wonderful way to spend those two years of our lives.
