Vice Grip!

The first time we did stop for a group picture, we had two Chinese men come up to us and say something and gesture in a way that made us first think they wanted us to take a group picture for them (of just them). However, Ted finally distinguished that they wanted a picture with all of us! The shorter guy held me a bit tightly, made me question his, umm, sexuality temporarily – but if he was homosexual, I'm glad to see that diversity/openness here in China. Most likely he was a tourist himself from a smaller city or elsewhere in China (all rural areas)
Trip to the Bund

Sunday morning - the lovely 5:37am sun, or rather 5:37am light because it's too smoggy to see the sun, woke me up again today.
