School of 30+ dolphins spotted off the side of the boat.

they are the biggest fish in the world...measuring up to 40 - 60 ft. Spent semana santa (Easter Week) on the island of Utila in search of the ever elusive and shy whale shark...but never saw one. Well, I started my sabbatical July 1, 2007 and I have a year to refresh myself, explore the world...and analyse data, submit some publications, and present at conferences ! I wish I could send you personal emails to keep in touch but I just don't have the time nor inclination to huddle over a computer in a dark internet cafe corner when the exciting world outside is beckoning me to explore, play and adventure !
