Walked the streets of Munich today, though not in the footsteps of more infamous predecessors, seeing some of the sights. Including Marienplatz and the Neues Rathaus. Watched and listened to the glockenspiel play at11am. Wandered around Viktualienmarkt, full of fresh food stalls and a large maypole. Walked passed the Residenz, winter home of the kings of Bavaria.
