Eating Italian for a change!

I'm not sure how these guys at the Walk Inn came to make such great Italian food. Gord had a panzerotti type thing, but made with a homemade pita. I had the Pasta Carbonare..oh Matteo, you have been usurped as the King of Carbonare...I'm sure if you make the pasta next time it will be just as good as this, probably better! We were joined for dinner by an Austria x-pat who told us all the bad economic news. That really was too bad.

Day 9, 10 & 11.5 I got the brainwave to try writing this blog in Word then copy and pasting into the blog. Tried it out last night and it works. This way I can write a little each morning when I am at my most coherent.
