Your pics are stunning.....really reminds me a lot of Sardenia....kind of dry but so beautiful! all is good here in Van....the weather was beautiful today and the fall colors are so nice...my favorite time of year!! calling all hikers....
Found out today that the bus excursion to the gorge happens this year only if there are enough people...I was chatting to a couple of gal just before they got on the bus today and got the scoop. I'll go there tomorrow and find out if it's a go...if not, Gord will drive me over hill and dale to the trailhead Tues at 6 am. I you leave now you could get here on time!!!

Good Morning
I just figured out that I can use the time I am waiting for a video to upload responding to comments...I hadn't realized I could close my blog window and not loose the video in cyberspace. For those who want to know..."blog" is short for web log (thanks Shelley!) I knew that was your ship Heather...I could see you waving good-bye while I was still waiting for the ferry to take me to Crete! We have had a Greek salad every day! Each one is different and they don't put lemon on it...instead a vinigar that has ranged in taste from mildly balsamic to red wine. We enjoyed a particularily good one yesterday on our way to Paleohora. Met some people from the UK, 2 of which moved here last year after retiring...hhhmmm sounds good to me. Give my mother-in-law and that spoiled rotten dog of ours a wee squeeze please.

Do we need to send you bandages for the feet? It sounds like alottttt of walking you fellas have being doing. Pics are fantastic, food looks soooooo good to. I had a very large real Greek salad at a Greek restaurant yesterday and it was awesome and I thought I was sitting along side of you guys on the patio in Greece. I've got a great imagination you know haha. Fletcher is just fine..gained another pound I might add . He looks healthy though. We'll take him for a long walk Sun. if weather permits and then take him for a good shave (before you guys head home) so that you won't notice all the fat. .....poor Missy..she's starving........I'am off to Hawaii now, so do take care ..and stay safe.......love you guys....H.

....still hard to believe that I a here in Cananada and you two are over there in Greece...hop skip and an airplane from Italy...Matteo was wondering if you were going to stop by but I siad not this tme. We will met you there next time eh!!! Love your blog......souns like you are having the times of your lives nad have ppicked the perfect place for the both of you. You are sooo brabe to get on one of those scooters Brenda.....hahaha not sure if I could! Hello my dears...so nice to hear from you. I have been awaiting the next blog, anxiously. Gordie you look like a wee Greek man in that hat!!! I love scooters!!!! It is a beautiful thanksgiving weekend, weather wise here in s.w. ontario. Crystal and I are going to go to Swiss Chalet on Sunday and pretend it is turkey. Then we are going to a movie. Jimmy works 12 hours a day, so has not had time to go see Shania. All for now guys...enjoy miss you love Penny

Hi travelling twosome. The pics were fantastic as was the video. Sweet bro...thanks for the call...it was really a great surprise. I almost didn't pick-up..you know...private caller line..You folks look like your having a real blast over there. Where, and when do we meet? Fletch is so protective of mom ..when I come in he nips at my feet because he thinks I'am going to take her away. Soooo funny....then I get the face wash job.......but he's keeping his eye on me all the time. Great watch dog. He only gained 10lbs.......not bad eh?. L.of L. Keep safe..
