Happy Birthday Michelle
Wow what can I say about having a birthday in London, what great day we had.
Started on our Big Bus tour up on the open top seeing the sights of London, going through streets you have all heard of and seeing the historic monuments, over Tower Bridge, tower of London, Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park, getting off at Harrods.
Unbelievable, Harrods was that and much more, we had a very special seafood lunch in the food hall then bought some prosciutto and English cheeses, aged Red Leicester, Blue Stilton and Cheddar (to have later). Oh and just as we came out of Harrods to get back on the bus we located a Pandora shop!! We went in and Ged bought me a lovely macramé bracelet with a charm, what a great birthday.
Dinner was at a restaurant in St James park, just lovely then a walk back to Trafalga sq, just buzzing and so many people! A bottle of red and the lovely cheeses from Harrods capped the night of nicely.
We are having a fabulous time, off to the Tower of London tomorrow.
