He salido del hostal como a las 9, bien desayunado. De ahi han sido 10 km planos, por carril bici porque habia mucho trafico. Despues de eso hay una colina que sube hasta los 400m, partiendo del nivel del mar (un jaizkibel para ir calentando). De ahi baja casi a nivel del mar y vuelve a subir a algo menos de 300m. De ahi baja a un valle, se cruza el Pelarus Bridge, y se sigue el rio, por tanto en plano, hasta el Pelarus Sound, aqui esta Havelock. Y de aqui solo 35 km mas hasta Picton. Es costa de fiordo asi que el camino es cualquier cosa menos plano, las caleas y bahias, preciosas. Y aqui hay mucha pasta, por los coches, las casas y los barcos que se ven. Ya a medio camino a Picton se ha puesto a llover suavecito pero sin pausa. Al final he llegado, esto es un pueblo pequeño con un gran puerto acoplado. He encontrado el hostal despues de un par de vueltas, es algo cutre pero esta bien. Ah, para el apartado de desgracias en ruta, en algun momento la brida que sostenia mis chancletas se ha soltado y las pobres estan en algun sitio por la carretera. Mañana en Wellinton a ver si hay alguna tienda de chinos para pillar chancletas nuevas.
