God this plave was freaking amazing
Well I wish i had more time to hang around NZ. This place is Amazing. And i missing alot of sweet shit. But anyways went and stayed at a farm 20 min outside of Whangarei (pronounced fangarei sorta). But super nice spot. The farm I stayed at was alright. really nice veiw of the ocean and rolling hills. Tons of native trees and other crazy plants. For the first couple nights there were 4 german girls staying with me. They were good times for sure. We just drank wine every night. Alot of freaking wine. But I had a whole appartement to mself. Joy's ( the owner) son Austin and his friend Gia were there and we got on fine. We went drinking at a small micro-brewary it was sweet. The stuff tasted exactly like steam whistle. MMMMMMMMMMMM. So the story behind the property i was on was being built into a self sustaining suburb with earships (houses built outa tires). Along with windmills and organic veges. Will ber sweet but as of now the project has only been going about a week. So nothing is done. LOL. But tuesday i went scuba diving at pour knights island. Blur mao mao

Great tour of the island between our dives
arch is rated in the top ten dive sites. And I don;t dissagree. I'm taking schools of huge fish, eels, snails, more crazy camoflage fish. It was freaking great. Also saw this freaking 8 foot long pregentant stingray, steve irwin style. It was totally cool. Also did this primo underwater cave thing that was so cool. U had to go under this huge arch then through a sik tunnel full of fishies. It was mad. But the islands themselves were super cool giant rock arch that the boat can drive through. There was the largest sea cave in the world that the boat drove into. and this aint no tin tippy we're talking a freaking big boat. So freaking cool. So that night the hostel guy John ( 80 year old man with sex maniac Diploma LOL) took us on a night time bush walk. It was freaking wild we saw a freaking entire mountain of glowworms. They really light everthing up. Then we went into an abandoned mine shaft to look at these freaking huge insects. Can't remember they're names but they are half spided half grasshopper. I'm talking like 8 inch diameter. but so far New Zealand has

Great times with the wwoofers
been a blast. Surprisingly there has been no binge drinking of any sort. But tonight is 5 dollar jugs and my flight isn;t until 2 30 tomorrow.. Flying down to Queenstown for some hardcore spring skiing. Totally gonna wear shorts and a tshirt. But everyone keep it real. And send me an email for god sake.

Cheers

Glad you had a great dive!
Boy, its' great that you had such a nice dive. The area sounds wonderful and the night walk sounds just my cup of tea. So interesting. I want to be just like that 80 year old, going exploring at night, not the sex stuff. What an opportunity to both dive and ski in the same week. No where else in the world could you do that within a few hours of each other. Enjoy! Miss ya greatly, but admire the great time you are having. You are creating a world of memories to comfort you in years to come. Love Mom
