We spent 10 days on the fijian islands and went to 3 different resosrts. In the first resort we went snorkeling with sharks and got to touch them, crazy!We also so a million multi coloured fish.very pretty. looking for shade while preparing for the long jump event - perfect here since we had so much sand to land in! other events included swimming to the pole and back, crab racing, egg and spoon race, three legged race etc.

basically, they catch crabs, number them, and set them in a ring. the first crab to the edge of the ring wins! better than the grand national!

my crab number 23 won!

and as a prize I got a beer - woohoo! which i then gave to gar as his christmas present.

we were so sad leaving Oarsmans. It was a great place. paradise.
