West coast Oz

We really did fly through Australia- and we still managed to spend a lot (compared to Asia). We gave ourselves 1 month in the country so that works out as two weeks on the west coast, two weeks on the east coast. We managed to set aside a couple of days in Kakadu (crocodile dundee land) and in Perth and Darwin. So on the west coast, in nine days we drove 6500 kilometers from Darwin to Perth. We didn't have a lot of time for anything else! Its no good to drive at night because the kangaroos are all out playing chicken! We(pete) hit 2 roos and 4 birds. Nice going! We had a blast making and cooking on campfires and drinking cheap wine. We even managed to stop for lunch in a few of the places we wanted to visit! We saw a lot of desert and some cool wildlife!
