At sunset
We arrived in Darwin late last night after a thirteen hour bus journey, which sounds like hell but it was actually really nice just to sit in an airconditioned bus for a day after being in Kununurra.

Today we went for a walk to explore the city, we walked down to the Survivor's Lookout where there are some nice views over the harbour. Then we went to Parliament House to have a look around.

This evening we went to the Mindil Beach night market with Judith, a Dutch girl we met in our room. We bought dinner from the market and went and sat on the beach to watch the sunset. The beach and the market was packed with tourists and locals too. After sunset we had a look around at some of the craft stalls and then watched a didgeridoo player while we ate ice-cream before walking back to our hostel.
