Hello all,

Today we started out having breakfast at Pancakes on the Rocks, which is a nice 24 hour spot, kinda like Golden Griddle back home, only better. We took a stroll through the rocks neighborhood, saw some nice shops. We spent most of the day on the Sydney Explorer, a bus that takes you through the highlights of Sydney. We stopped at the Queen Victoria Building, a really old building that's now a shopping center. 4 or 5 levels inside, and some kind of busy! I think wandering around downtown during business hours may be a mistake with 3 kids, as it is very busy. For dinner we went back to the rocks and got take out from a place called noodle on the rocks. This place lets you choose the type of noodle, cooking style (thai, malaysian or chinese) what type of meat, which vegetables, etc... very good food. We went for a twilight stroll by the harbour but got rained out.

Running out of time, more soon with photo's.

The cool thing about Australia is that it's fairly close to China and Japan geographically--which is why you guys probably couldn't get much dairy. Dairy products aren't popular in Asia (and I remember my Chinese co-worker telling me that most Asians are lactose intolerant), it's mostly soy products. On the other hand, you get lots of authentic, *fresh*, Asian cuisine. *IS JEALOUS* lol Looking forward to when you get internet again. Everyone in Ontario seems to have the flu right now, so you left just in time! X's and O's to everyone! :D
