Nate had to do a lot of research for this drive, we were unable to pull the trailer or even just the truck straight to Zion since there's a tunnel that has large vehicle restrictions and even requires you to pay to have an escort to assist through the narrow passes. So we took 515 out of Vegas to interstate 15 back into Arizona and up to Utah. Interstate 15 in Arizona took us right through the middle of some large mountains thankfully low passes with small grades. Then 20 East to Panguitch, we camped at Paradise RV Resort ($16/night with no discount program needed) which has some beautiful views, Wi-Fi, and is close to Bryce Canyon. This is a nice up and coming park in the respect that they appear to have made many upgrades and are in the process of many others, just to name a few we have a nice rock motif with solar lights and plants right outside the trailer. There are many little areas for tent camping that have lush patches of grass and railroad ties outlining the sites. Also very nice to be back-in and pull through sites, as opposed to what we had in
Las Vegas where we could not even get the truck on the site.

ust a little update on the Wallace Family: Daisy has been a great help on this trip: doing dishes, helping set up and take down, and cleaning. She has been reading the Twilight Series thanks to Kim for purchasing the entire series for her before the trip. Since we left on the trip she finished the first large book, Twilight, and is now more than half way on the second book, New Moon. In Vegas she pulled her first all nighter, well just short at 23 hours, but the following day she slept all day and missed out on some delicious pizza at the club house, oh and from doing wash, so I guess she did alright. She says the best part of the trip so far was Schlitterbahn Water Park in Texas.
As for Nate he seems to be amazed at every turn which makes this trip all worth it. As much as he hates the driving he seems to really enjoy the views. So far his favorite spot was the Grand Canyon, he enjoyed taking the tram and getting out at
every stop to see a new perspective on the canyon. He also takes a video at each new campground that he will be posting on Youtube. There has not been much rest for us adults on this trip we sight-see or drive all day then in the evenings Nate researches the best route to pull the trailer and I find the next campground. We also update the blog, backup photos, do wash, clean, cook, grocery shop....but all that is worth it to see the amazing things we are getting to see.
We are so grateful that God has stayed with us each and every day protecting us from things that we are not even aware of and the bad situations that arise that require some prayer to get through. So would I recommend this to someone, would I do this again.... so far yes I would. If you cannot keep going nonstop like us than find a way to have more than 8 weeks, I know I wish we did and pray that we will get the chance again after Daisy finishes school.
