Exploring Central Park

Today was Amy's last day in New York City before she was catching a bus to Philadelphia to continue her travels. So today we decided to explore central park a bit better and visit anywhere else we wanted to go but hadn't been yet. Most of the day we just wondered 5th avenue taking photos of different buildings and architecture but we ended up in "F.A.O Schwarz" which is a massive multi storey toy store which is packed full of different toys. We went in a videoed a guy doing a rubix cube in under a minute which was very impressive, don't know how he did it. We then moved on to Central Park and went photo crazy exploring around Central Park. We didn't have too much time left so we did what we could then headed back to the hostel to get Amy's gear.

It was evening when she was to depart and we were running a little late. We arrived at the bus terminal and raced to her gate to find a mass of people waiting to check in their luggage. We lined up and waited, it took ages for us to get her bags checked and finally after we did it, she went to get on the bus to find out that it had left early. We were furious and so confused, none of the staff had any idea what was going on, so we waited for the next bus which was rumored to arrive soon. We again waited for ages until another bus finally arrived and said goodbye to Amy and off she went. I left the bus terminal, grabbed a taxi back to the hostel and went to sleep.
