Trek Money
Hi Tilly, I spent loads. But I had saved for ages and I took leave from work and so was getting paid while out there which helped! The entire trip probably cost me close to $10K AUD, but I did do every extra activity, and spent alot on alcohol, and didn't really hold back, I'm sure it could be done for a lot cheaper! It was an amazing trip and worth spending the $'s!!

Your blog is terrific
Hi Chris - my husband and I are doing a park loop (Zion, Bryce, Arches...) in April. We have to decide whether to spend 2 days in Zion and one in Bryce, or the other way around. I've been to Bryce and did that climb to Angel's landing. Made it to the top, but that was 10 years ago...not sure I'd tackle it now. Anyway, we like to hike and happy to do some rock scrambling. Can give give us any guidance re where to spend the 2 (full) days? Many thanks - Lora

Zion and Bryce
Hi Lora! Thanks for reading my blog and I'm glad you enjoyed it. I've been to both Zion and Bryce twice now and done the Angels Landing hike twice as well. It was a real struggle the second time, but eventually I got there. I much prefer Zion NP and I think there is quite a bit more to see there like volcanic pools and stuff. Bryce is amazing but after an afternoon there I'd felt I'd seen it all. Hope this helps, its a beautiful part of the world!
