Tim's LOOKIN' GOOD at Harrah's Casino !
I don't know if it's because we didn't have the girls with us or if it was the soft, fluffy, freshly laundered down comforter and pillows, but we sure did sleep good last night !! Well, that was until Kayla called and woke us up at 12:00 in the afternoon. She missed us so much she just had to hear our voices, just kidding, she was already wanting to know if she could take off somewhere and when and how we were going to send money. After dealing with her crisis, Tim and I just laid around for a while. We were hoping that his medicine was going to level him out by today, but it didn't. He was still feeling yucky so we decided we would have a "Candy Day." For those of you who don't know what a Candy Day is, I will explain. Most of the time when we go to casino's I rarely leave the room. I'm usually so tired or exhausted I just stay in the room and take hot baths in the jacuzzi, order room service and catch up on the movies that are still in theatres. What can I say, I have my way

of relaxing and he has his !! We spent all day in the room watching movies and enjoying our room service, but by 8:00 p.m. Tim was getting cabin fever and having "gambling withdrawals". He swore he could hear the craps tables calling his name ! (I can think of a few more people who suffer from this same affliction !) We decided to get ready and head downstairs for a little while. Just as I was stepping into the shower the fire alarm goes off in the hotel, so I jump out and tell Tim to see what in the world was going on. About 15 minutes later we finally find out that it was just a routine fire drill and we were not going to perish in Las Vegas. We proceeded to get ready and then headed downstairs. We stayed in the casino for a bit while the slot machines ate my one dollar bills and the black jack tables put Tim into the red. After suffering enough abuse we decided it was time to hit the strip for a while and check out some of the other casinos in town. Caesar's was really really nice but the

minimum blackjack tables were $25.00 and the slots were really tight. Although the "hooker" that was after Tim was really disappointed, (it took him about 10 minutes to figure out what was going on) we decided to move on down the strip. The Flamingo was pretty nice but Bill's Casino and Saloon looked like it hadn't seen a cleaning crew in a very long time. Tim just had to go into O'Shea's because he's part Irish but it ranked right up there with Bill's so we didn't' stay very long. After strolling up and down the strip, in and out of casino's we finally ended up back at the Harrah's cafe and had breakfast around 3:00 a.m. . We sat in the cafe and watched as a group of young ladies came in for coffee after what looked like a pretty wild bachelorette party and then we were off to bed. I can't wait until tomorrow !!!
