Today I had a day off and with Ulrike we went for a little trip to Cape Ann.

We arrived to Newburyport, but there was nothing special to see so we drove further to Plum Island. It's a very quiet place with a nice beach. You can rent a house for vacation when you want to have a restfull holiday. There aren't any stores or touristic places.
Then we drove to Ipswich, Cranes Beaches, a natural reserve. It's 8$ to enter so we passed our way.
After a while we began to be hungry so we find a nice restaurant in Essex and had a really nice lunch.

Now we were ready to go to Rockport. This is a nice village at the seashore. It's a more touristic place so we could do some nice touristic stalls.

At the end of the day we went to Manchester-by-the-sea and drove back home.

Tomorrow, another day off. It's also 'Labor Day' like our 1st of May, so everthing is close.
In the morning I'll go to the gym and then relaxation at the swimmingpool for the last day of the year.
