New Orleans

Well after a good night on the booze it was time to see New Orleans by daylight. I was up at 12noon and Tommy and his other housemates are working from 3 ish onwards till 11.30 ish, so i called Darryl the Cs amabasdor and arranged to meet up and Darryl suggested we head out and do some biking.

Darryl came over at about 1.30pm and we headed towards a bayou area and we follwed a mountan bike trek near to bayou and near the swamp it is was a 4 mile trail and was fairly easy going and great scenery and then we got back to the car and loaded the bikes up and chatted some and went along to a paved cycleway and cycled and chatted along as we cycled by the missispi and it was lovely and sunny and warm and great views and i took a few piccys and then Darryls Surfer called to say she was at his place and so we cycled back to the car and headed to Darryls place which is in an area affected alot worse than were Tommy's place is.

We met up with Anna from Boston who is

being hosted by Darryl for a few days, i chatted to Anna and darryl fixed some drinks and then Anna and darryl decided to go for a run, but i decided to stay at darryls and check my emails etc, plus i was a little worn after cycling 15 miles earlier.

Anna and Darrryl came back and we then headed to a local food joint and i had humous,fafel and some other nice stuff and wheat pita bread and we chatted and then headed round the city and a trip round Bourbon street and then Darryl and Anna dropped me off and i hooked up with Tommy again and i said thanks and my good byes to Darryl and Anna.

Tommy was at the house with his friends Perry and Claire and Claires friend and we headed out to Bourbon street and after some circling we found parking.

We then went to BBC, blues club and met with more of Tommys friends and we danced and drank and the was a live band and it was great fun😊. we moved on to another bar and then headed home and then Perry and others headed off and me
