Ecpot is Epic!

Another brilliant day in Orlando at Epcot beginning with a ride on Finding Nemo which was fun and Annie saw a dolphin for the first time in the aquarium 😊

We then made our way around the different countries; Canada, France and the U.K which seemed a lot different to the home we know! But they had a proper fish and chips shop which of course was our lunch 😊

Morocco was really impressive and looked very realistic, especially the street market. Aladdin and Jasmine were in there too. No we’re not too old to get excited about seeing Disney characters!!

From Japan, then, onto America where we watched a play on the history of the place (we may have dropped off a couple of times, not because it was boring, but because it was dark and cosy in there, and we’d only had 6 hours sleep…)

We rode the Spaceship Earth which showed the development of the world and the Mission to Space which was OH MY GOD!! For those who don’t know it’s a VERY realistic ride in a rocket up to space which hits you with g force and all the trimmings. Annie nearly cried and panicked when it took off – it does strange things to you and makes you feel sick and dizzy but then it was awesome. We were astronauts for 4 minutes 😊

After Soarin’ we continued with the rest of the countries - Mexico, Norway, China, Germany and Italy. It was a really cool experience!

But, saving the best until last! The IllumiNations show – WOW! Lazers, fire, water fountains, projections and the biggest firework show either of us has ever seen! Words can’t do it justice!

It may not seem like a lot but it’s been a long day, but another awesome one!

Islands of Adventure tomorrow – more fun! Scotty can barely contain his excitement for the Harry Potter World!
