Universal is colossal!

Waw, what a day! Universal was awesome and the weather stayed completely dry for us and boiling hot! 😊

There were so many cool rides and we went on all of them (even the big rollercoaster, Rip Ride Rockit - that was amazing and we could choose our own soundtrack!) We went on a few more than once – we were like big kids! Our favourites were Despicable Me (Phil’s home) The Mummy and Men in Black (Annie beat Scott twice and shot more aliens than him).

You will see in the pictures that we bought Phil a new friend 😊 his name is Stewart (we didn’t name him it’s what he’s called). We are not ashamed to admit that we went on the Despicable Me ride twice and laughed even harder the second time :D

We watched the Parade and the show at the end of the day to celebrate Universal’s 100 year anniversary was amazing!!! They showed the best clips from the best films with fireworks and a water show – they know how to do it in America!

We had a nice healthy dinner in the lively Citywalk to end our day in the park before returning to the hotel.

It’s been a long day but it was worth it! We have another long day at Epcot tomorrow and there will be a LOT of pictures from there!
