The best 2 days yet in San Diego, we caught the bus the Ocean Beach. It's about a 40 minute bus ride from the hostel where you encounter some more weird people, what is it with weird people on buses in this country!
We got to the beach and found a nice patch. Settled down and chilled and before long all I could hear was Nicole snoring her little head off, northern birds!!!! After an hour or so me and Jake hit the sea, the waves were awesome, so powerful and we did plenty of body surfing before realising that it was actually freezing so we headed back!
On day 88 we took the body board with us and hit the surf big time!
