Day 9 - Grand Canyon National Park

Got up and used our brekkie vouchers, i only had toast and some apple juice.
We got on the bus at around 9.15am and headed to a small airport where we took helicopter rides over the Grand Canyon. It was incredible!! I was a little nervous having never been in one before, let alone over the Grand Canyon!!!
On our way back to the lodge, we got a photo with the Grand Canyon National Park sign.
We got back and some crazy people decided to go for a hike down the Canyon. I chose instead to catch up on some sleep.
When they got back, I got some sun with the girls, went to the shops to buy some grog.
We watched the sunset over the Grand Canyon at Hopi Point. Beautiful, tho by this point i was getting sick of rocks...
Everyone disappeared somewhere on the way back. So Carl and I had some dinner then headed back to his room to write up some blogs with our Jim Beam and Malibu - Guess who was drinking what..! =P
Everyone arrived back and joined us for a few too many drinks - very late to bed again!
