The Blog of Gore: Ocassional but necessary blog of which your Mum lives in dread, involving the author in : bike/car accident, bus crash, boat sinking, arrest, beating, torture, imprisonment, theft, enlightenment. Can also include the suffering of others e.g. hungry kids with large eyes.
Blognitive Dissonance: Unnatural psychological state where the author continues blogging religiously even though the hit count shows no-one is reading it.
Blognito Ergo Sum: Sad but all to common phenomenon, more commonly associated with internet chat and mobile phones. Can be accompanied by Blognitive Dissonance.
Bloggie Style: Writing about someone you've just met as soon as their back is turned. More common and more satisfying than the Missionary option, where you ask the intended victim face to face if it is ok, and maybe even offer them some form of editorial control.
In the Blog house: Location of those who pay more attention to their blog than their partner.
Blog Horn: Introductory paragraph warning the reader that what is to come is of dubious interest, overly detailed and too long, and they should immediately go to the blog with the four Swedish women on a tour of Thai beaches. Actually, Ali, could we have another html tag "button=Abort" that just takes people straight there?
