Finally, after more than 8 years living in the UK, we've been to Scotland! (we only have to go to Northern Ireland to have been in the 4 'kingdoms'😉. Galicians and Scottish are like cousins: we both come from the Celts, we pay bagpipes, we're used to rough weather and we like our food (although in Galicia we don't have much deep fried stuff).
