Well I figured I have been back for a few days and I should wrap up my blog for this trip. I must say I had a fantastic time and really enjoyed my whirlwind trip to London and Northern Italy. I mean how civilised to have a Sangria filled with fruit as a midafternoon snack break.

Such pretty terrace gardens leading down to the clear blue green water. They are famous for the limoncino drink.

This was at a small cafe in Parma, Had an herb and cheese pumpkin ravioli with this really fresh fizzy fruit drink. One last meal!

Early morning traffic in London is bad enough but throw in the horses getting ready for the Queen's Jubilee. Was a bit suprised when I saw what was holding up morning traffic on my way to the airport. I did see them last weekend on the news about the Queen's Jubilee

They. were known for their Limoncello so of course lemons grow anywhere they can plant them

Had a fantastic meal here. The Glass Portico was really beautiful if a bit nerve wracking with all the earthquake tremors going on however we survived!

Another of these massive plates with meat and cheese all local products. How will I ever be able to go back to our plastic wrapped Proscuitto.

The Chef insisted that I try his signature dish which was Osso Buco. I must say it really was fantastic and the risotto was perfecto!
