Hello,
Arrive afternoon of 10/11 (I think) and took a nap because Claire was still sick. We woke up and ate a kebap before going back to bed. Wake next morning and go on walking tour. Berlin has a fairly dark history and the whole experience was enhanced by the cold rain and wind that pounded us most of the day. We saw two movies here, Ugly Truth and UP. I really liked UP. A bit sad for my taste, but that´s simultaneously the same reason I liked it. We visited a work camp called Sachsenhausen. Overall, there was a lot of emotion in this last stop of Europe; learning the history makes that a reality.
Then we flew to Miami for a couple days to visit my friend Norm. We had a good time and it was fun catching up but in classic fashion, we took zero pictures. Bring on Central America.

What is a work camp? And I'm sure you guys are dead tired and worn out, but are you gonna send a wrap-up blog about the whole european travel experience. highlights/lowlights? best places to go and worst, etc. I'd love to know how the whole thing went in hindsight, if you guys have formed any new philosophies on the world or mindsets towards life. Maybe nothing too earthshattering, but it'd still be cool to hear about the whole trip in retrospect. welcome back to america
