Berlin

So Berlin it is. We had planned on going to either Munich, Dresden or Hiedleberg(sp) but lack of hostel availability became a problem (Sound like a popular theme with us) so we went to Berlin. I didn't know what to expect from Berlin but out of all the large cities (Million + pop) we visited Berlin was probably the one I would have liked to have spent a little bit more time in. At this point of the trip the lack of money is really starting to get fustrating because it keeps us from some of the interesting museums we had read about in guide books and fantastic nightlife Berlin has to offer. We spent the day seeing the sites and at night trying to watch Berlins fashion week runway show. If I had to pick a day where we covered the most ground on foot i would have to be our first full day in Berlin. Although Cinque Terre might hold that title. It would be interesting to know just how many miles we walked during the 70 days.
