Breakfast
Marbled hard boiled eggs. No they are not easter eggs this is how you buy eggs from the grocery store. They tasted a little funny but not bad.Our plan this morning was to go on the walking tour of Munich. However when we got back from breakfast it was raining out and we didn't fancy walking in the rain. Although by the time we went out it has finished and we didn't get anymore for the rest of the day! We made today a shopping day anyway. We walked to Marian Platz and passed some very interesting stores. We stopped in a few clothing stores and shoe stores. Then we came to an interesting store 'Original Steindel'. They sell authentic Barvarian clothing, mostly on a whim Sydony and I went inside. We tried on a number of outfits and after just under an hour we both came out with a new halloween outfit! They are very cute though!
We decided kept walking and found the Viktualienmarkt, it is like a large farmers market, with food sellers, we wandered around in there, found the maypole and then continued on towards the Hofbrauhaus.
We made it to the Hofbrauhaus and we each ordered a drink. Sydony got a Radler and I got a Müncher Weisse. We also got a bun and sausage to go with our beer. It
Fountain
Just outside Marienplatz. took us a while to down all of our beer and by then we were getting ready to head back towards the room.
We walked down the street with all of the expensive shops (it made our earlier purchases look very cheap). There were watches for over 45,000 Euro!! After strictly window shopping we went to the grocery store for dinner and then headed back to the room for the night.
