Today our time with Viking Heimdal ended and we were transported to the Lyon train station to take the bullet train to Paris where we begin our second cruise on the Viking Rainer. The ride was smooth and fast (200 miles per hour) through beautiful countryside. Viking was there to meet us and take us to our new ship where we were warmly welcomed.
After lunch we took a leisurely walk through St Germain en Laye.
We enjoyed a welcome dinner and met our new crew. We have an exciting week ahead.
