This morning we took a tour of the highlights of Paris. We saw major sites in Paris and famous museums during a full day excursion. We began along the famous Champs- Elysees viewing the Arc de Triomphe. We drove past the Palais Garnier opera house, the Hotel de Ville and Paris's 14th-century City Hall before a stop at the magnificent Notre Dame cathedral. We walked through Paris Streets and had lunch at an outdoor Café. Next we visited the Latin quarter and enjoyed a drive-by Saint-Germain-des-Pres, Luxembourg Gardens, Musee d'Orsay, Place de la Concorde and the recently restored Grand Palais and Petit Palais. We saw Les Invalides, where Napoleon is entombed and the iconic Eiffel Tower. We drove through beautiful tree lined neighboods where homes begin at $1,000,000.

Our ship heads for Normandy tonight at 6:30.
