A few Left Bank bistro/restaurant recommendations from my recent trip to Paris. Best to make reservations when you can.

Very tradtional bistro type
atmosphere; regulars +
tourists; mirrored wall

Good; traditonal bistro fare

crisp roast chicken;
tarte tatin; steaks, liver, fries
