I may have found the cure for jet lag ... a lovely Chateau Haut Pineuilh Bordeaux. I woke up at 2 am this morning and was wide awake. The effects of jet lag of course. So I pounded back a couple of glasses and back to sleep. Heck ... some people take Gravol or Melatonin. A lovely Bordeaux works just as well and it will even help you curb your cholesterol. Travelling ... is there anything better? Okay so getting through airport security is a hassle and you practically need a university degree just to figure out what you can and cannot bring in your carry-on. That aside, the feeling of seeing or experiencing something new cannot be beat. So far, I have been very fortunate to be able to carry out this dream of mine ... and hopefully there are many more trips to come in my future!... full info
