Changing of the Guards Copenhagen
We had bfast and then went for a walk along the water to see the fountain and the mermaid that was the inspiration of Hans Christian Anderson’s ‘little mermaid’. When we got out is was snowing and about -15 we walked to the water fountain but it was just too cold to go on to the mermaid so we went back to our hotel to keep warm. After we warmed up we went to the changing of the guards at the palace it was fun but very cold about -11 but midday when they change the guards. On the way from it we commented that is was as good a Monaco but Monaco was warmer a Danish person heard this and we heard him then translate what we said to his girlfriend so he must have thought it was funny! After the changing of the guards we drove back to Germany
