today we got picked up at our hotel at 8:20 by the captan of the calypiso the boat we are going out today run by tropical journeys. we had a great trip to the outer reef and got 3 dives in at 3 differnet reef and on the way in we saw 3 whales a mother and calf and one other. we got droped off at out hotel and after long day decided to do room service in our room. what a fantastic day.... read more

We got picked up by our guide at 7:20 am in our 4wd with tropical journeys there was only us and another cople on the trip so a nisame wall trip. We went on the daintree feary across the daintree river then we saw the tea plantations Then we stopped for morning tea then we went to cape trib and had a walk aroand and then we went tostingray bay and then the bloomfield track and watefall the we stopped for lunch then did a ride down the river to see the crocks. The we had a rainforest icecream yumm was soo good. We got home and had dinner by the pool What a great day... read more

Decided yesterday I needed a break so book a weekend in cairns... Went to work then from work to the airport There was high winds in Sydney so the flights to Sydney was delayed 2 h lucky the flight from Sydney was I h late so we just made it in time... But we got into cairns 2 h late then had to wait an hour for the buss to port Douglass on the way to port Douglass the buss broke down so we did not get into the Sheraton mirage untill 3am and we are getting pick up at 7;20 am tomorrow ... I need sleep...... read more

We had a look around Erie on the Presque isle then drove from Erie to Cook forest along some fantastic roads. That night we had dinner with a good friend and stayed at his house. ... read more

We avoided motorways so it was a good drive. We saw some Anish on the way. Erie is very nice and the lake is fantastic. We had a great dinner but are still both very sad ... read more
