Hello everyone!

Another busy week here in Pez Maya!

The week started off with our good bye party for the 5 weekers. This was our Face/body painting party. I have uploaded some pics of what people looked like, and I think sam will reconise the design I went for, especially the mark on the neck. We all had a great time as usual and I ended up sleeping in a Hammock, wrapped completely in my big mexican blanket. Sunday and monday blurred together with a few trips into Tulum and a bit of homesickness but its all good now. Tuesday we got into the water again, more spotting and hopefully next week I will be ready for monitering. We had a bit of a crisis on wednes day as one of our boats, Vision, her engine broke down so we had to survive with one boat for 2 days which meant we only got to do one dive a day. But one dive is better than no diving. Also started my training for the rescue diver course which has been quite cool. Havent got to do any practical stuff yet, so looking forward to that next week.
Its also the end of the first half of the phase so we have to say good bye to people out here which is sad, but we also say hello to some new people! One of which comes from Staines! Small world! This weekend we have gone to PLaya Del Carmen so we can let the new people settle in. Its a great town with loads happening in it....even getting a Hazelnut Ice Cream!! We are going out again tonight as it is a 30th for one of our EMs so we expect a big night.

Doesnt seem as much as last week, but it has been ver busy over here. Already past the half way mark now so will speak to you all very soon
