Iam sitting at an internet cafe in Granada. We are all very happy and having an incredible time. I will try to upload some pictures but Old church in Granada
On a walk around town
the Afterwards we took a long drive down to the lake and had too many drinks and swam in the caldera. It was very warm from the volcano underneath and was ¨salty¨though more sulphurous then anything so we floated well (it wasn´t unpleasent at all). We had great fun at the market in Masaya here we bought many things among which were several sitting hammocks and a couple of shirts and table cloths. It is a very tight market of several blocks with a metal roof and you could buy anything at
all (though they do like shoes) it was a bit odd not quite scary but we hired a guide to take us where we wanted to go and all was well.
Tomorrow we go up Volcanoe Mombacho for a hike and then do a canopy tour on boardwalks up to 30 m from the ground than a zip line somewhere. I can tell you more another day.
We are thinking of everyone and the cold t´C where as here it is 29 and not too humid very nice for touring. We are not missing Christmas except having family around. They don´t do here what we don in Canada although I have heard Feliz Navidad many times and Jingle Bells in Spanish. Also I have seen Santa, snow and all his reindeer in a window (it looked very weird)
Have a great Christmas we will be out of email contact for several days unless I can do this tomorrow when we get back from our tour.
