Yes, we went behind them, into caves, jumped from cliffs into pools, and jumped 20m into the pool below. Two days in a row.
Hi everybody. Well, if you haven´t realized it yet, we´re doing fine. The hurricane hit the Nicaragua-Honduras border which is inhabited by small tribes people so it was probably the best place to hit in terms of population size. The islands were clear out of the way by the time we made it to the brewery (go figure) but it was great there anyway. The first day we went to the falls which was so spectacular that we went back later on the second day. Earlier in the morning on the second day we toured the Lago de Yojoa via rowboat which was very tranquil (aside from one of our boatmates geting sick over the side and Mike´s 30ft plunge into the water off one of the climbing points). All in all we had a great time and met some fantastic travellers from, among other places: The UK, Canada, France and Switzerland. Now back on the coast we will be wandering around over the next few days trying to reclaim our lost ¨beach time¨, although its a miracle we got here after Mike broke ¨he says he just pulled it open¨the door handle on one of the taxi´s and we spent

Very cool place

We will let you know when we get back, tonight we are headed out to a local discotech ¨dance club¨as we hear from fellow travellers that it is, ¨no stabbing Thursday¨ so it should be fun!

Love,
Mike & Noel

Mike climbed up and jumped from these (about 25 ft)... I'd have a picture of that, too, if my camera hadn't got dropped in the lake!! Thankfully, after letting it dry it still works!
