We Made It!!

Hey! so we made at across the big bad ocean! it was a little rough but not so bad! we were goin pretty good most of the time. sittin around 6-8Kts for most of the trip! we left fort lauderdale at 9pm and came into the marina here at 10:30!! 13 or so hours it took us but nothing bad happend. well not for us at least! one of our buddies had some problems with his sail and had to stop to fix it, so we stayed bad and well i mean its a little more intense then what i just said but when we get back ill tell ya more about it. thats just one of the crazy stories i can tell when i get back! we've got lots! but everything is great. theres some cold fronts yesterday and coming in 2 days but other then that its cold and nothing like the bahamas! i thought it was suppost to be nice over here all the time.. oh well im still having a great time! and all the people we have met over here are great! so much nicer then the americans. some here are american but not like the ones in yankee land. these are the nice ones. and most of us here though are canadian! so its nice to meet and talk with all of them. everyone is retired though but still nice people. very helpful and knowledgeable. we'll i mean theyre Canadian!! not really too much i can say after that. all canadians are great people! well i dont have any batteries left on my comp. so ill talk to ya all later! thinkin about ya from the bahamas!

good going guys....our trip last week to the Bahamas was great. Warm weather (so hang it there it will be HOT soon). swimming in the ocean was wonderful. Have a great time.

Wow,I heard about your crossing from your dad. It sounds like you're doing really well and having a great time!! The sailing sounds super!! I should be there-not much snow so far this year at Whistler. I'll keep posted
