Michi scored us his Dad's car so we decided to go on a mission! first stop, get a map. we lay it out had a look at all the places we could go, and settled on Italy. dont have much time and I´m sure you´d all rather be at the beach so I´ll keep this short, but basically love holland to bits! the food is fantastic and real, peole are cool, trains are cheap, you can ride everywhere on a bike, dadadada I could go on forever. Before New Years me and Paul shot down to have a quick look around Belgium. the place kicks ass! Great beer(thousands of types), officialy the best chocolate I've ever had in my life, beautiful citys full of really nice people and it snows sometimes... Wow this year has gone quick!! so quick in fact, I haven't had enough time to save up the money to fly home for Christmas, so I'm flying to Holland tomorrow instead. I'm on a mission to find all my mums cousins and Uncles and Aunties that live there, so it should be cool to spend Christmas with them, and hopefully learn a bit of freaky deaky dutch. and fingers crossed for a white Chistmas!! My mate Olivier has been living in Geneva, Switzerland for the last few months saving up to go back to South America next week, so I while work was a bit slow I took the week off to go and hang with him before he left. it was great, as always to see him. He was house sitting for some friends of his, and got to use their motorbike so we pretty much boosted around all the time on that. we went across to France a couple of times to eat or check out sweet views of the Alps. Haggis, Bagpipes and some amazing gothic architecture are just a few of the things me and Timmy got to experience when we went up to visit Tim and Sam in Edinburgh last weekend. I'd heard a lot of good things about Edinburgh and am so glad I made the effort because it more then exceeded any expectations I had and has convinced me to move up there for a few months next year. so 2 months have whizzed by since I got back from Spain and Portugal... I've just been working where I can and catching up with heaps of people so it's all good but nothing really too exciting. Me and Timmy P went up to Scotland this weekend though to visit Tim and Sam which was awesome(photos in next blog), and I've got a couple of other little things planned before Christmas too so I'm not totaly out of the loop just yet. Gutted it's all over for now, flew back to London with the dudes almost a week ago and got a job the next day so there wont be any interesting photos for the next wee while. Portugal was beautiful though, not enough time to really enjoy it but we still got the better part of a week camping our way around the cliffy southern coast and a bit of the east which was really amazing! it wasn't quite as hot down there on the Altlantic coast which was nice, but then as we crossed back over towards Spain on our last [View Full Entry]

Well managed to find Tim, Tim and Sam in Barcelona and we hired a wagon and headed off to the south of Spain. we've been taking it pretty easy, driving a couple of hours a day and camping in various coastal campgrounds and beaches, and now we're right down the SouthWest corner by Portugal so will be crossing over there for a look in the next couple of days. the water has been really warm all the way around the coast so we've spent a lot of time in the water, but other then that we've pretty much just been sleeping, [View Full Entry]
