| 30th June 2009 janice wasden | What a trip! - From: Wild Bill and the Four Presidents This reminds me of the many Loftin family trips, but they mostly survive only in our memories because unlike yours, there is no documentation to speak of! This is wonderful to see along with you. Let me hear from Memphis. Love you all, Nini |
| 30th June 2009 hiskidsalicia | - From: God is AMAZING! I am glad you are enjoying! I figured it was a great way to keep up with what we do every day. It's easier to remember the details a day at a time. I figured since I "used you" everytime I wanted any of the Hanchey's to do anything for me, the least I could do was to keep you informed! Love you! I can't wait to get together after we get home and share pictures and video and stories with you!! |

Can't wait to see the movies of all your activities. Do they have any idea when Maida will get out of the hospital? I know she wants to be with you as much as possible. Hope you get to experience that part of their lives. Keep the updates coming and the pictures of each event. I'd like to see some pics of the gatherings. Give my love the Maida and all the Hancheys you see. |
| 24th June 2009 Mimi Pattisue | Wednesday - From: We made it!!!!! Oh me.....I wish I was with you. This looks like Walton's Mountain and I am delighted that the "Hinson Hospitality" prevails. Can't wait to hear about all these neat folks! |
| 24th June 2009 Jan Koerwitz | Can't stop laughing - From: We made it!!!!! I'm probably enjoying this more than anyone else can I know right where you're at. If you remember when you called me regarding Bruce we talked from Tennesse up thru Illinois about all our problems and actually that was the fastest time I ever made thru Illinois. I was worried when you said you didn't know if you were in the state of Kansas, Missouri, or St. Louis. Didn't know St. Louis had become a state!!! Just had to rag a teacher. I also love the part about Nebraska. Should have gone across Kansas at least you would have seen wheat and buffalo. Do like the speed limits too since you would go nuts going 55 on those forever roads. All of God's country is beautiful and there is so much to see I don't know why we don't see more right here in the good USofA. You need to see the Redwood Forest, and 101 Highway in California, The Painted Desert-----------. That's for the next trip. I can assure you that your kids will never forget this trip. Must sign off for now but will check later. This is a great way to stay in touch. I met the new preacher this morning and think we have us a winner. He appears to be just what we need. Take care, tell those family members in big sky country hello and I know they are trying to determine if those southern accents are real!! Have fun, be careful and keep us imformed. |
| 24th June 2009 Kelli Wilson | Glad you all are safe - From: We made it!!!!! I enjoyed reading your blog! Enjoy yourself! Have fun! God Bless Kelli |

MA and I have enjoyed watching the birds for several years now and hopefully will continue to do so for many more. Have a GREat Time and really enjoy your trip. Encourage the kids to look outside rather than the cards and computer. Love you . Big Daddy and Martha Ann |
| 22nd June 2009 Kelli Wilson | On the long road - From: Almost time to go! Just think if he straps you to the bumper or the roof who will deal with the kids! You all are in our prayers! We will miss you! Maryelyse was excited when I told her you were in Tenn. Enjoy yourselves and this family bonding time! By the way when you get home and are tired of family bonding time I will be glad to take your kids! I even bought this cool face chap stick today to avoid face burns! Love you and praying for you! |

| 22nd June 2009 Trina DeBoard | - From: Almost time to go! Your "are we there yet" comment made me laugh. I'm usually the one saying it. I'm a terrible traveler! I hope you guys have a safe and quick trip. We are looking forward to meeting you guys!! :) My mom informed us that she may be making taco's and having the family over on Thursday night. Enjoy your trip and don't allow yourself to go near the roof of you car, your kids might just be bored enough to tie ya down! Praying for safe travels! Trina |
| 22nd June 2009 Suzanne Railey Miller | Ramblin' Roadtrip - From: Almost time to go! Alicia, hope you guys have a great vacation and that you & Marlowe make it to Idaho with your sanity intact. :-) Can't wait to see your pictures; I know it's beautiful out there. Your kids will remember this trip & look back on it fondly when they're adults. When I was a kid my parents rented a Winnebago, and we took a two week trip out west -- seeing things like the Gateway Arch in St. Louis & Mt. Rushmore in S.D. I remember that trip as one of our most fun vacations. We'd like to take a similar trip with Maddie one day; so I'm a teeny bit jealous of y'all. :-) Have fun & drive safely. |
