the truth about Italy ...I think that you forgot telling to your friends that policemen would have liked to arrest you in Piazza Verdi, but they changed their mind just 'cause you're a naif, sweety american tourist. Lol
Viva La Carriage Court! B-Rad,
I was just wondering, since you're a bit closer to the action, how's the side from Centennial look to fare this year? Just wondering if they'd be able to make a few "bulges in the back of the 'ol onion-bag" this year.

US jersey I doubt that you run into trouble because of a US jersey at the world cup. I think people can distinguish between politics and soccer. ;-)
And btw: not too many people would even recognize a US jersey, I guess.. :-P

P.S.: I'm gonna watch the game at a big screen at my university, I think

turkish delight...yummy Antalya is really cool, and I liked Goreme too - but what about ISTANBUL!!! techno bars, sufi dancers and the ancient bazaar, it's just a really fun unique place. This is nerdy :-) but the archaeological museum is the best one I've seen, if you like that stuff. Cheap stays near the old city too. enjoy your travels! gali
I'm a grad student at UBC in Vancouver, Canada. I'm going to a conference on the island of Rhodes, Greece in April 2006 then going up through Turkey, the Balkans, Croatia, Italy and then flying to Germany for the World Cup! USA v Czech Rep and USA v Italy!... full info
