I was wondering if you two were fat yet, what with all the munching that you have time for, but it sounds as if you're surfing it off. Have a wonderful time en famille, it sounds fab.
Love Dy x

Reasons for Chris running... A reason for Chris running? It's got to be beer related. Anything else would just be a lie :-)
It looks a bit like the Marshmellow man is about to sit on you both in that top picture :-)
Glad to see you're both having a fantastic time, it's started to snow a bit around here! Brrrr. Have fun at New Years!
Have fun!

Happy New Year Hope you both enjoyed christmas, enjoying keeping upto date with all your travel stuff. Realy jelouse about the sunshine and bbq, we lucky things are expecting realy heavy snow in the next couple of days. Have fun XXX Happy 2006!
Mistletoe and wine Ok I'll give you the last BBQ of the year - enjoy but we bags the first one of next year 12:30am on new years day :) Have a great time. Lots of love and hugs us
Wot No Comments !! You go to all the trouble to add a new blog and there are no comments. Just not good enough. Bit less surfing and a bit more chess playing I say.Have a great Christmas and think of us scraping ice of the cars
Heaven is.... On your version of heaven, Helena I must say I would prefer it to be a large chocolate factory as oppossed to sitting on a cloud in the sky getting chilly. I can't even play the harp! I can eat chocolate though...
I hate you...... Hi guys, don't worry, it's just jealousy and will pass in time. Got the postcard, thank you very much :) Glad to see you enjoy the Glaciers, they were one of my highlights but I cheated and used a helicopter, wether it was a safer option than yours is debatable!!! Keep on enjoying yourselves, today (2nd Dec) has been very windy and wet, if I were you I wouldn't come back just yet......
(Louisa here now) I'm so so so jealous. I never got to go to Milford Sound, and I've heard so much amazing stuff about it from my dad. Also, when I went to Dunedin the only thing I saw was the 'castle', which I really wouldn't put in the same category as English Castles - more of a mansion with turrets. I want to do what you're doing! Glad it's fun. Also, my trips to the glaciers were probably during the rain that washed the path away, so all in all I think I'm going to have to come back soon!
Loads of love from both of us, and jealous kisses from Lou (and from Ben to Helen hehe. Handshake to Chris :P)
Glad you both OK and sounds like you are having loads of fun. Jill Barrett has asked me where you want your P45 sending? Keep having loads more fun, looking forward to the next installation.
Love

Cadbury World I once went to bournville and the town was all purple, even the bins! Also, people had cadbury's cream egg cars in their drives! I bet you could smell the chocolate before you reached the factory, Helena! I can never eat enough chocolate(unless it makes me ill).
Christchurch!! Hey, glad yo finally made it to the pretty town that is Christchurch. My dad lives in St Albans if you were to feel like dropping by. not that I even know the address, but turn up to the church on sunday morning and you'll be sure to find him. (he's the one with the close cut beard lol)
So glad it's going well. I could have told you the kiwis were crazy about their mountain walking! (they call it tramping).
Love to both of you from me and Ben (currently asleep in his clothes :P)
v nice! it looks lovely there...following your travel exploits...sounds like you are both having a great time...i shall raise a glass of something gorgeous for you in thailand! much love, polly xxxx
Hello at last!!! WOW, you guys are realy living it up, I did wonder how long the bikes would last but by the sound of things you are getting enough excercise as it is! There are lots of things I want to tell you about from back here and I expect it is visa versa, but, I'll have to curb my excitment for you. Sorry it has taken me so long to read your blog but Al was a bit slow on produing a hard copy afer my e-mail account kept deleting his e-mails, never mind, got it now and I'm quite literally green with envy. I'll let Louisa read it tonight when she gets home.
Helena: Don't listen to all those kiljoys, do as much of the dangerous stuff as you like, just don't die!
Chris: Surfs up dude! Enjoy the surfing, it's harder than it looks ;)
We're off snowboarding in Jan/Feb so we'll have a couple of holiday snaps to show you as well.
Take care of yourselves.
Ben and Lou (she's not here at the mo but I'm sure she will write you a mesage herself later :)
Hi, Sounds like you are both having an excellent time, the kite boarding and imminent surfing sound great. I'm really liking the neighbours installments! There was honestly no sarcasm there, I'm a huge fan. Take care, Charlotte xxx
Lyn's problem Helena, your mother is suffering from a sad, but curable case of "Bluewater Shopping Deprivation Syndrome". Friends say she will survive but no longer than 6 months!
Have fun and keep safe. x
I'm Chris, 26 years old and about to travel around New Zealand with my wife Helena, on bicycles. Helena is 25 and looking to find some places to have a go at kite surfing, we both plan to relax and explore.
