The End
Oh hello Tamsin you’re back. The travelblog was great and I know various people have dipped into it from time to time, even if they don’t make comments. So where to next ? Back to school.......

Dad, no question. No offence to your writing, T, but a guest star livens the blog up (Paulie did such a good job), and I have no doubt that his views on Malawi will be hilarious. I'm not sure you should let Mum guest when she goes out there, it might take all day to read ;-p xx

who writes the blog
I think you should both write the blog. but mainly you Tamsin. When I asked Leigh on the phone what Malawi was like - he said very nice then was stuck for words so his blog would be rather short!! Miss you both.

Really enjoyed your input Paul and glad you have enjoyed your action packed holiday. for what it is worth before I became a 'Sebba' I had done very little adventurous anything. As a sebba I have learnt to paraglide, ski, horse ride and even weld!!

Names and things
Very amusing entry. Was your horse really called Spirt or was it Spirit - which ever makes for amusing retirement comment. Tamsin looks like she is pulling the reins much too tight on her galloping pose _Penny Baker would have a fit(our local horse expert) In Costa Rica they didn't have bits at all just ropes round their nose (I don't think my terminology is quite right!!) and they were really responsive and we didn't hurt their mouths. What is the story with the dog behind you Paul in your surf picture? Or is he just a passerby? Keep up the good work!

Knysna
Nysner is pronounced that way but spelt Knysna A Kloof is and Afrikaans word meaning valley, but has now been taken into South African English to mean a narrow, steep sided valley, that usually has rock pools along it. (well, thats my interpretation anyway)

sculpture
When I looked at the first photo I thought Oh Tamsin is holding a real ostrich but I wish she had taken a close up of the sculpture behind. Then when I blew it up I saw both were bronze. Thanks for that. What is the weight allowance for an ostrich. I wonder if it is similar to a lleama as their legs look similar. Keep up the good work Paul. Not a menu in sight!!

Penguins
Aah, I love them. I would like a beach hut where you had penguins standing around. Are they friendly? Looking forward to MORE detail. (I don't mind not knowing what you had to eat.)

Food tour
I think I know more about what Tamsin had to eat and drink round the world than any other detail. Thought should leave comment as we have a new author. I thought Nelson Mandela's cell was your hotel room when I first read the entry!!

Ski lift ?
Couldn't you get two people and a sand board on one quad bike ? Ride up the dune - and then one of you could board down ?
