Just as I pushed send... I realized that I forgot to tell you all about the great food I had. The first night... We ate in the local Palastrina restaurant called Amedeo. We had fixed menu for dinner. Started off with the house red... very smoothe.... The fixed menus are separated into 3 courses... there's the antipasta, the primi and the secondi. For the antipasta, we had yummy prosciotto with mozzeralla and swiss. There was salami, sausage (which looked like Lop Cheung), and olives, and mushrooms, and bread... all very good... all very authentic. For the primi, which is usually the pasta, we had spaghetti ragu... which is essentially your spaghetti with meat sauce...
