Oy!! Ok, so this is the second entry that i've made to my blog, am slowly getting the hang of this thing, just slowly though. Well, where are we now?? We've just spent the last four days camping at a wicked little campsite in Campeche. Very close to the beach and that's about it. There ain't that much else to do around where we've been staying so its been really really great, although we've still found lots to do to keep us occupied. We left Barra da Lagoa and had to take many busses in order to get to Campeche, including one that broke down so we just had to sit at the side of the road and wait, wait wait.. Oy!!! It´s gone from "Jassus" in Greece, to "oy" in South America!!! (Saying Hello that is!!!) Just popping in with a bit of a belated happy new years mail to say hi and i hope 2007 is so far treating everyone in the right way.. the only way, the GOOD way! Cause it sure is treating me in a good way!! So far South America is everything i thought it would be and a hundred times more. We´ve had a great time so far, needless to say its been a (rather big) bit of an adventure. Well here goes, its Xmas day and its one sleep before i set off on my journey.. Steve is already on his way, probably nearing Washing DC as i type this up. We had a great Christmas meal yesterday on the Eve of Christmas so Steve could set off this morning at some ungodly hour. Dad and i got up at 7 to take him to the airport - the roads were empty which made a real improvement and we were there and back alot quicker than expected and settling down to a cup of tea and presents (mum, dad and i) while Steve was knocking her first beer back in the pub!!
