So I guess I haven’t written in a while so here is my update from the past two weekends! Last Thursday, the 24th, everyone went out to celebrate the weekend I guess haha. It was really random there was this Italian band playing at this bar down the hill from the hostel and they were doing covers of beatle songs, it was a really yee haw time! So I haven't really written in a while but I've just been getting busy with school and travelling and crappy internet and the like. But here I am to tell you of my travels!! Here I am, fairly settled in and all that good stuff. Friday was the first day of our long weekend, we decided not to go anywhere cause it was our first weekend and it would be good to get out barrings and get all comfortable in our new italian town. A couple of people went to Rome, some more went to Perugia and some went to Sienna. ' So here is the shortened version of the entry that I lost: Sunday: Our last full day in Rome, we went to the Pantheon and made some dinner. WAY too much pasta! had to throw a bunch out. Went to bed really early because we were still jet legged! Monday: last day in rome, went to the grocery store bought some sandwiches and some Amazing capacinos and they're only like $1.50, soooooooooooo good. So! What happened today? I woke up at 5:00 am cause I went to bed at 8pm and I couldn't get back to sleep. I think that is what you call jet leg. Now I'm really feeling it and I want to go to bed oh soo very bad but I'm trying to stay up so that I can get in synch with the Italian clocks. So, got into Rome today. Had a little scare with our flights this morning. I got a frantic call from one of the other girls telling me that our flight had been delayed and that we wouldn't make our connecting flight if we didn't get it switched. Definatley had a heart attack but it all worked out ok and ryan and I got bumped up to business class.
