By now we have seen the whole island as a native and worse yet have realized that it is basically like Starbucks in the Andaman Sea! Why..? Because it is controlled/monopolized by 3 Thai families (or one Group, some say) and they've fixed the prices of ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING and the workers look really grim. No matter - we enjoyed our time here, met some really interesting people and best of all some sassy cats! But it is time to move on to bigge, free-er islands....Koh Lanta here we come! Hi to all!! A quick word, the pics will say it all. After 26 hours on the road, we've finally arrived. We are in the most beauitful posh hotel with an equally posh georgous slave called 'Am' she thinks, therefore... Anyway, see pics for more detail. We are off to the Exec lounge to have some sassy canapes w/ cocktail for GRATIS and then off to have a Thai din din. How do we manage, you may ask, after a grueling 26hour journey?? Well, does help that we were greeted with a couple 'exec' coctails by a lady boy and that there was a large bottle of champagne in the room to boot! So, we're pissed and off we go into the wild Thai yander! More later....... read more

WOW! Just want to start out by saying that after many months of planning, nerves and imagining what would be - thanks to YOU ALL, our lovely guests, the wedding turned out to be a perfect day for both of us. We will now begin our honeymoon, well, the 2nd part of it anyway, this time without our friends and family.
