I loved this blog! For a little while I was transported out of our winter weather and into that sunny paradise. The food sounds amazing and your photos are fabulous!
Favorite MJ here...still my favorite after all these years of travel. It is beautiful. The food, the people, the azure waters.... perfection. Santorini is for lovers. Each of your photos seems to be better than the last.
Fantastic journey! Wow, you really did and saw a lot in London. I was especially impressed with your day trip out of the city. Like you, I loved Bath, so I stayed for a week. Chicken tikka masala (Indian) is now the #1 British food--thanks to all the immigrants and ethnic food restaurant, so I'm not surprised that you had great Thai food there! And I'm pretty impressed to learn that the Queen inspects all those ketchup bottles--very busy lady (lol). Great photos and what an amazing journey you're on! What a contrast Santorini will be!
Awww Bath... Wow, you are so lucky to have stayed in Bath so many days! I had no idea it was so special. Don't you love it when a place takes you by surprise like that? You are right about the Asia/Indian food. We ate Asian food quite a bit in London, it's not hard to find and its very good here :)

Front Page!! Great stuff. I'm in group one and my husband was in group two. India is a sensory overload but not always a bad one. Glad you went. You'll go back someday and see more....if it is meant to be.
Thanks for your comment Blinkley! Glad you can relate! I agree it was a good sensory overload, and id experience it again in a heart beat if I could. I loved being in that kind of a culture shock.
Thank you Hi Jen thank you for your blog and thank you for being a great partner in crime and a great travel p. A couple year we dream about this place and now is just part of a great memory next to a great friend that god put on my way to make memories last forever and like you mention discover the world . It has been a great experience next you. Love you
Thanks Ren and Andrew! I know It was a quick trip compared to how others experience India. I really wish I could have spent more time there and visit areas around the South and west. India is so diverse, you truly need several weeks or months to experience it all. You guys are lucky to be getting so much time there and I hope you enjoy it!
Dust in the wind Ah the beauty of isolation. Dubai was an interesting stop on our trip. I agree that the desert sand dune ride was more than bargained for. I was in the back and got a little car sick. Eager to read more.
Yes I have to agree! Dune bashing is not for everyone, so sorry you got car sick! Glad you found it interesting on your visit though. I loved the experience of the isolation and the sun rising was just so perfect. I imagine the sunset must also be just as stunning.
Great adventure! How wonderful that you got into old Dubai and to the sand dunes as well as the amazing modern city. I love it that the mosque visit including teaching on Islam, since so few people are aware of it. And the Lebanese food sounded great! Happy adventures in India!
Thanks Tara! Yes it was wonderful to learn about Islam, religions are so fascinating! I would definitely recommend the desert trip because it's not something you see everyday, and its a lovely place to take pictures of!
Enjoyable Writing Hello Jennifer P.,
I was perusing your blog entries and I was impressed. You have a pleasing, direct writing style. Your entries regarding Arizona made me want to visit more beautiful places in my native country, the USA. It doesn't hurt that you and your husband are both very photogenic--most of us can only hope for such great pics on our blogs!
Best,
Monique
Thank you for your comment! Monique, it is so flattering that you think we are photogenic! Thankyou for such a lovely comment about our blogs. And I agree the the US has some very amazing places to visit that hopefully we'll all get to discover some day!
Following you Your photography is stunning as always. Glad you are enjoying the road. Wish we were out traveling right now instead of working. We will live through your adventure. Keeps these great blogs coming.
Hola! My name is Jennifer and my husband/travel-partner-in-crime is Victor. We are young professionals who love traveling on our time off of work and find it to be the most rewarding experience to share together as a couple. Unlike many of the bloggers here that take year long trips, we represent those travelers that work, save, and take 1-3 week long trips around the world. Then work, save and do it all over again!
We just added two little girls to our tribe, and are excited for this new life adventure!... full info
