What a Fantastic Opportunity!
Obviously, your choosing to 'see the sites' has turned into a marvelous experience for you. Glad that you are able to see more of the country while you are there. This opportunity will enrich your life and not only add to your life experiences, but will help you with your choices to come. Didn't respond to your last e-mail because we weren't sure you would be able to receive our response. Take care and enjoy your journey. Looking forward to your continued adventures and thank you for taking the time to add the pictures to your e-mails. They help us to 'keep up' with you and enjoy seeing you having such a wonderful time. Your smiles tell it all. Love you and keeping you in our prayers. Walter and JoAnn

Kruger Park
Hey there my darling daughter. I so love seeing your photos and reading of your adventures. Please keep them coming honey. Your photos are amazing. Will you be able to go back to Kruger before you come home in April? If you can I would love to see more photos of the preserve, the cages, lodge, facilities, etc. I look forward to going on some photo expeditions with you when you get back to God's country this spring. Thanks for the update my little adventurer. Love, Your Dad

Fantastic Photos of Kruger Park
Thankful that you are doing okay after your Scorpion bite. You are definitely experiencing a lot of things that most people only dream of; think we can all do without the bite though. Your photos are fantastic and we really enjoy them. The friendships you are experiencing will add color and depth to the rest of your life. What a wonderful and exciting journey you are on. How thrilling to be able to be part of the 'adoptive parent' process with Precious and Mamba; they are adorable. To be in that park and see those animals in their natural habitat must have taken your breath away. Continue to enjoy each and every moment of your experiences. We look forward to your next update. Love, Walter and JoAnn

RE: Kruger Park
You are a brave soul and a survivor! It had to be pretty scary getting bit and esp. not knowing by what until you got to the hospital. I am really proud of all you are accomplishing on your trip. I am going back to the states in two days so i will be writing you from home after this. England has been fun, definitely nothing like you are experiencing, but i love it. Take care and continue the great attitude! Love, Candye

I am so thrilled you got to see so many animals and that you have such incredible photos. I can't wait to have you put them to a CD and some music when you get home. And, I am also very thankful that you survived your bit wound (and shot in the bum)! Love Mom

Great Photos
Thanks for the daily routine run down. Wow, you do keep really busy. Just looking into the eyes of those monkeys grabs your heart strings. It is easy to see how you can become attached to them and want to help them. Looks like you had a great time at Halloween and have a good group of friends to share your time with. We had no concept that the area would have a Western influence let alone a Mall! What kind of stores do they have in the mall? As you know, everything we experience in life helps to build our character and what a fabulous opportunity you have! Just think, you have been there for a month already. Your time is just going to fly by. Thanks again for your great blogs and the fantastic pictures. Enjoy the coming week and look forward to hearing all about it. All our love, Walter and JoAnn

Hi Jen
I really enjoy hearing about your experiences. I understand totally the good days and bad....but as you said, that is the way it is. You are doing some very hard work for some very fortunate animals. And...you are seeing some amazing things that most of us will never see. Thanks for opening up the world to me. Hang in there...Judy

Great job of putting up your mosquito net Honey, your little home looks so cute and organized. You (as expected) have made it be a reflection of you. Heard that a bug got in to see you anyway. Are you getting used to the 100+ temps, I can't imagine, it's not even summer there yet. Love to see some more animal and plant pictures, and pictures of the countryside. Take care of yourself and don't let the bed bugs bite (whoops . . . too late). Love you. Dad

RE: Shanghai nights
Jen, I am enjoying your blogs. You are certainly having an experience that will be with you for all of your life. Are you sure the dog is named Candye like my name? Shoud I be flattered or not. Your mom has her dog named the same as my sweet little grandaughter Lexi, I think we seem to like the same names in our families! My grandson, was born 10/16/09, on my birthday, weighing in at 9# 1oz, with lots of dark hair. Of course i think he is the sweetest most handsome baby ever! Tiffani is doing well and they are at home now. I am learning how to get around using trains and the tube(underground system) in London. It is a unique experience for me and I hope to see a lot more in the next few weeks. I have seen the Thames river, Tower of London, Big Ben, and spent a few hours in Regency Park. I hope this next week to see the Bristish museum and Buckingham palace. Windsor castle is quite close to Tiffani's home so I will see that too. Take care and keep those blogs coming. Love, Candye
